Cookies and browser storage

The food guides work without advertising or analytics cookies. Here is what the site’s own code does—and how to manage browser data.

What these technologies mean

Cookies are small pieces of information a website can ask a browser to store and return with later requests. Local storage is a separate browser feature that can keep information for a site without automatically sending it with every request. Both can be used to remember preferences, and both should be distinguished from ordinary browser caching and technical server logs.

The editorial site’s own code

The supplied editorial pages and script do not set cookies, use local storage or session storage, or load analytics and advertising trackers. The mobile navigation keeps its open state only in the current page. Scroll-reveal effects do not track your reading or store a history.

The contact tool keeps a draft in page memory. It does not save the draft to browser storage or send it to a server. Copying puts text on your device’s clipboard; downloading saves a text file. These are actions you request, not tracking cookies.

Cookie preferences

No optional tracking category is enabled by the editorial code, so reading the guides does not require accepting optional cookies. If the published site presents a separate consent panel, use its controls to accept or decline the categories it describes and to review any stored consent choice. A consent choice is separate from the text you enter in the contact tool.

You can inspect and remove cookies and local storage for reelbiscuitstarad.com through your browser’s site-data settings. Depending on the browser, these controls may be under Privacy, Cookies, Site Data or Site Settings. Removing site data may also remove a preference saved by a separately supplied consent interface, causing it to ask again.

Blocking optional storage should not prevent you from reading the editorial guides. JavaScript is needed for the mobile dropdown and message-drafting buttons, but the main links and article text remain accessible without it.

Hosting and external websites

Hosting infrastructure can process ordinary request logs independently of browser cookies. This page does not claim that clearing cookies removes server logs. See our privacy notice for the distinction.

External references open websites with their own storage practices. This site does not control cookies set after you follow an external link. Review the destination site’s notice and settings before accepting its optional technologies.

Questions and updates

If you observe storage or tracking that does not match this explanation, tell us which page and browser you used at [email protected]. This notice should be reviewed whenever the published site adds or changes storage-dependent features.
