Terms of use

Please read these terms alongside our privacy and cookies notices when using reelbiscuitstarad.com.

Purpose and independence

Reelbiscuitstarad provides general editorial information about Japanese street food. It is not a restaurant, travel agent, tour operator, event organiser or booking service. It is not affiliated with tourism authorities, event organisers or featured vendors. Mentioning a place, organisation, dish or business does not imply sponsorship, endorsement or a commercial relationship.

Information is not a live guarantee

We aim to make the guides useful and accurate, but recipes, prices, payment methods, schedules, access arrangements and local rules can change. Content is provided for general information without a guarantee of completeness, current availability or fitness for a particular trip. Confirm important details with the relevant business, official organiser or authority before relying on them.

Illustrations and photographs support the editorial topic. They do not certify a vendor’s current menu, hygiene standards, location, opening status or suitability for individual needs.

Food, health and safety

Nothing on this site is medical, nutritional or individual allergy advice. We do not certify that any dish or vendor is allergen-free, vegetarian, vegan, halal, gluten-free or safe for a particular person. Ingredients and shared preparation equipment must be checked directly. Where safety cannot be confirmed, do not rely on a generic description to decide that a food is suitable.

Follow local safety instructions, crowd-management directions and applicable laws. The legal drinking age in Japan is 20. References to food or drink do not encourage underage drinking or disregard for local restrictions.

Using the message tool

The contact tool prepares a draft locally in your browser. It does not send a message, create a booking or confirm that anyone has received your enquiry. You are responsible for reviewing the draft, choosing what information to share and sending it through your own email service. Copying and downloading create material on your device; manage those copies appropriately.

Do not use the tool or contact address for unlawful, abusive, misleading or unsolicited bulk messages. Do not attempt to interfere with the site, access systems without permission or upload malicious material through any associated communication channel.

Editorial material and permissions

Original editorial text, layout and illustrations are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may read, link to and use reasonable extracts where permitted by law, with appropriate attribution. Substantial republication, redistribution or commercial reuse requires permission unless a legal exception applies. Third-party names, trademarks and images remain subject to their respective owners’ rights and licences.

Sending a correction or suggestion does not require us to publish it. We may use factual feedback to improve the guides, but will not intentionally publish your private contact details as part of an editorial correction without permission.

External resources

External links are provided for context and further checking. We do not control those sites, their content, privacy practices or continued availability. A link does not mean we accept responsibility for a third party’s services or transactions.

Availability and responsibility

The site may be changed, interrupted or withdrawn. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses arising from reliance on general editorial content or from third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
